This software allows CSI to “Proactively” monitor your systems and network and informs us if there is a failure and allows us access into you Servers and Desktops to repair it, sometimes before you even know there was a problem. Onsite Service (Printer)	Travel Fee $40.00* Service $85.00 an hour

In-house Service (Computer)	$55.00 an hour
In-house Service (Notebook)	$65.00 an hour
In-house Service (Printer)	$45.00 an hour
In-house Service Computer with Data Transfer	$75.00 an hour

*Travel Fee includes up to 40 miles from our office. Distances up to 80 miles is $80.00 travel and a 2 hour minimum.
